The Product Owner Web Properties / ECommerce will work with business stakeholders and the development team within the Agile/Scrum framework to ensure the technical design and implemented solutions meet the needs of the business. The designs and solutions need to support the customer journey through awareness, product research, purchasing, and support in a B2B environment. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to proactively and effectively work with the business community and IT staff to implement solutions that are scalable and well designed.
We are seeking a Senior Digital Operations Specialist to manage all customer-facing applications and digital channels to deliver a consistent global customer experience and support business growth in China. He/she will be the technology owner of the CST WeChat platform, including the WeChat official account, WeChat mini-program and Social (CRM), as well as the local stakeholder of the China website and the marketing automation platform (Hubspot). The Digital Operations Specialist will support the China commercial team to execute the commercial campaign, automate the lead generation/nurturing process and analyze the campaign effectiveness.This position requires strong knowledge of the WeChat platform, web technology and the marketing automation platform. Marketing campaign management experience will be preferred. The Digital Operations Specialist will report directly to the Director of IT, Asia.

The Pricing Strategist is expected to develop an in-depth understanding of the data and tools available and needed for managing pricing and promotional strategies to increase the effectiveness of pricing decisions on the health of the portfolio. The primary focus of this role will be to manage and grow global revenue yield for CST through creating pricing strategies as well as determining system solutions, recommending pricing proposals, and negotiating strategies that incorporate competitive pricing practices. S/he will serve as a pivotal resource for pricing decisions across the full portfolio. The Pricing Strategist is responsible for creating and analyzing global promotional pricing activities, understanding if/how CST should leverage them and creating an in-depth analysis of each program to determine impact to the business. S/he has ownership to create and maintain the pricing model and is the first point of contact for any pricing queries. The pricing strategist also supports financial, business analysis and management reporting and conducts financial analysis on profitability enhancing opportunities and strategies. The ADM will be responsible for off-the-shelf products, custom and configurable offerings such as conjugations as well as proteomics services
The successful West Academic Account Manager will achieve or exceed revenue goals by positioning CST’s off-the-shelf products, bulk products, and proteomics services with customers located in CA, OR, WA. S/he will manage, leverage and develop KOL/KAL/CORE relationships in West Coast Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2 Academic accounts with aspecific focus on managing UCOP and key strategic relationships and collaborations at Stanford, USC, Fred Hutch, and OHSC.
