Position Summary

As the Digital Automation Manager, you will drive CST’s initiatives to execute, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns, database hygiene and segmentation to get the best 360° view of our customers using HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Operations, you will support digital, demand generation, and client marketing efforts by setting up end-to-end processes that include planning, execution, testing, automation, and fulfillment of various marketing communication campaigns on a global scale.

 

The Digital Automation Manager will provide direction and communicate global processes for a talented team of digital marketing communications professionals. They will be responsible for developing global counterparts to ensure a highly functioning and effective organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing Managers to implement our marketing communication strategy utilizing our marketing automation platform
  • Define the architecture of CST’s automation platform to allow for global scalability and ease of use
  • Review and create marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate
  • Partner with various business partners to understand the downstream impacts of various campaign
  • Work with the SalesForce team on integrating the marketing automation platform within their platform
  • Work with IT to develop and execute processes and procedures that ensure data integration and consistency
  • Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
  • Work closely with regional marketers to identify regional nuances for our users & solve for them
  • Work closely and build strong relationship with sales and marketing to maximize the effectiveness of marketing automation to drive both quantity and quality of leads, improve conversion to opportunities and drive increased revenue
  • Contribute to content creation and optimization for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms as required
  • Work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, take accountability for quality of deliverables, provide status on project and deliver in time and as per specifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher in marketing or related degree
  • 8 years’ experience in B2B and B2C digital operations and automation with hands-on experience administering digital automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Act-On and Salesforce.com
  • Experience in data maintenance and data hygiene tactics
  • Experience with integrating with Marketing Automation and CRM
  • Certification(s) in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar marketing platforms
  • Experience programing new templates for e-mails and landing pages
  • Previous experience configuring email compliance on a global scale (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

  • Experience with multi-lingual platforms
