Cell Signaling Technology is seeking a strategic, collaborative, experienced and execution-oriented Human Resources Director to join our fast-paced and global team. This role offers a mix of high impact strategic initiatives, talent management and foundational HR responsibilities. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Global Human Resources, the HR Director will have overall responsibility for providing HR Business Partner support to all business/functional vice presidents with the primary focus on Global Commercial and IT/Digital organization. This will include organization design, development, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, compensation planning and change management. The Director will have two direct reports who will also focus on business partnering to the other organizations (Global Operation, R&D, Finance, Legal, Corporate Strategy). The successful candidate will join as a succession candidate for the Sr. VP HR position. We are looking for a highly motivated, engaging person who can build credible and effective relationships with Leadership Team of the Company and all levels of the company.
