The Salesforce BSA will be responsible for advancing, managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform. This will include working with global Sales and Support teams to design, develop and deploy robust Salesforce capabilities; provide general support alongside the Salesforce Admin; and be a subject matter expert for the system overall so our business users can obtain the maximum value from the ever-increasing Salesforce feature set.
