    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Program Manager to lead our ERP Systems team. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program Manager deploys, maintains and supports a global ERP system strategy and manages the related projects that enable CST to achieve its business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Deploys, enhances and supports a global ERP system that satisfies CST’s business requirements.
    • Manages the IT/business governance model that drives the ERP system strategy and prioritizes improvement projects.
    • Collaborates with key business stakeholders and users worldwide to determine ERP system improvements and extensions.
    • Manages ERP system projects with business owners and 3rd party implementers.
    • Manages the relationship with 3rd parties contracted to develop, deploy and support the ERP platform. Collaborates with IT colleagues to deploy and maintain a ERP system that is fully integrated into CST’s overall business systems environment.
    • Contributes to the development and continuous evolution of CST’s global IT strategy. Communicates ERP system status reports to IT management and business stakeholders. Stays current on the latest ERP technologies.
    • Manages resources required to develop, deploy and support CST’s global CRM platform.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT deploying and supporting ERP systems.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects. Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS (R12 preferred).
    • Working knowledge of Oracle database technology.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with an advanced degree highly preferred.
    • Strong presence and confidence with the ability to communicate well with all areas of the business, as well as other constituencies and stakeholders, both external and internal.
    • The ideal Candidate will be a proven leader who combines technical expertise with well-developed business acumen.
    • Strong knowledge and experience supporting global ERP platforms in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing global, cross-functional projects successfully.
    • Passionate, high-energy leader with a forward thinking, strategic perspective.
    • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills across IT, with senior management and with key business stakeholders and users.
    • Demonstrated ability to be a strong problem solver and decision maker with the courage and conviction to follow through on decisions and the presentation skills and credibility to win support and align the organization; posess a high level of intellectual curiosity and analytical skills.
