The role...

The Inventory & Receiving Specialist II will assist the Supply Chain Operations team with entering and receiving materials and supplies. They will also help receive and stock finished goods inventory, semi-finished goods inventory, and drive the logistics van between Trask and Tozer facilities. Success is measured by following standard operating procedures, having keen attention to detail, dedication for maintaining accurate records, being a dependable team player, and critical thinking skills

You'll have the opportunity to...

  • Enter goods received into ERP system
  • Deliver received goods to end user in facility
  • Put away goods received in appropriate supply room/area
  • Verify documentation/Purchase Orders against received goods
  • Effectively communicate with procurement regarding damaged goods received
  • Receiving and stocking Finished Goods & Semi-finished Goods Inventory using proprietary warehouse management application
  • Driving logistics van between buildings

Who you are and what you bring to the team...

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Ability to analyze and solve physical/non-physical receiving problems
  • Critical thinking skills are required for the position
  • Basic knowledge of: Windows, Mac OS X, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
  • Ability to work alternating shift 8 AM 4 PM or 9 AM 5 PM (37.5 hours per week)
  • Valid Drivers License 

Ideally, you have...

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • At least 2-years inventory management experience
  • Experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) electronic tool (e.g. Oracle, SAP, SFDC etc.)
